Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month (scale 10).

What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple multidisciplinary DevOps squads focused on AI-driven engineering capabilities.
• Ensure the scalable, reliable, and secure delivery of AI-assisted software development tools.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered ways of working across the engineering organization.
• Manage IT delivery, continuity, and performance for owned capabilities on a 24/7 basis.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to align technical priorities with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets, hiring, and coaching for a team of approximately 30–40 engineers and specialists.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands with the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
• Academic working and thinking level.
• 5–10+ years of experience in complex IT environments.
• Proven experience with DevOps, Agile, and large-scale engineering environments.
• Strong leadership skills across people, process, and technology.
• Understanding of risk, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
