Location: Must be based in Dubai. This is an onsite hybrid role; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Create user-centered designs based on market analysis, customer feedback, and site metrics.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications for web and mobile platforms.
• Own and evolve the Design System, including Figma libraries, tokens, and governance.
• Scale AI adoption across the design organization through tooling and process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver engaging solutions and support MVT testing.
• Simplify complex interaction problems using a user-centered design methodology.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with 2-3 years in E-commerce preferred.
• Proven experience in creating flow diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web architecture, usability principles, and design best practices.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to Design Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-driven design and MVT testing programs.
• Background in Design Ops.
