Accountant

What you will do

• Collect and verify invoices, contracts, and supporting documents from vendors and internal departments.
• Record expenses and petty cash transactions in the accounting system according to VAS and IFRS.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records for the Vietnam entity.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation and providing necessary explanations.
• Communicate with local service providers regarding accounting and finance matters.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports as requested by management.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of in-house accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and perform under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
