What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and program offices in Hanoi and Can Tho.
• Lead procurement, grants management, due diligence, and contract administration in line with Commonwealth and Vietnamese regulations.
• Manage the full HR life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Oversee financial management systems, including budget development, forecasting, cash-flow, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure overall compliance with Vietnam legislation, company policies, and client rules.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with government, private sector, and community stakeholders.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with donor or development agency work, specifically in financial and procurement management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Must be a Vietnamese national or permanent resident.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial reports.
• Proven management skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and evaluate staff.
