What you will do

• Support network security initiatives including firewall design and implementation.
• Manage and track production problems and user requests for trading applications.
• Conduct system quality assurance testing and perform deployments or upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and diagnose technical issues in production.
• Follow ITIL methodology for incident escalation and change management.
• Provide comprehensive system and process documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in network security with a focus on firewall technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate) in design and implementation.
• Fortinet certification (NSE4 or above) is required.
• Strong understanding of network security principles including VPNs, NAT, IPS, and threat prevention.
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments is highly preferred.
• Availability for morning/lunch shift duty, weekend, and holiday work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking sector.
• Exposure to network architecture design and security frameworks.
