What you will do

• Govern and assess the current state of data security across the organization.
• Design and implement a comprehensive data security system and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and audit teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide security design support to R&D, product, and operations teams.
• Manage key rotation mechanisms and encryption policies using KMS/HSM.
• Drive the deployment of DLP and database auditing tools while participating in incident response.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in information or data security.
• Deep expertise in encryption, key management, DLP, and access control.
• Proven experience in data security governance and system construction.
• Familiarity with international standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Practical experience implementing data security capabilities on AWS.
• Strong cross-departmental communication skills to drive security initiatives.
