📍 Location: Dubai (Full-Time)

A fast-growing crypto hedge fund is looking for a Founding Quant Trader to help build and scale its trading business from the ground up.

We're Looking For:
✔️ 2–5 years of institutional trading experience (crypto preferred)
✔️ Experience running live trading strategies with a demonstrable track record
✔️ Exposure to market making, arbitrage, stat arb, or low/medium-frequency trading strategies
✔️ Strong Python skills (C++ is a plus)
✔️ Builder mindset and comfort working in a startup environment
✔️ Someone excited to create systems, processes, and trading infrastructure from scratch
✔️ Strong academic background in a quantitative field
