What you will do

• Support project coordination with cross-functional teams across requirements gathering, evaluation, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct regular assessments of project outcomes using appropriate tools and evaluation techniques.
• Build and maintain reporting metrics to support performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop, write, edit, and optimize content for technical and non-technical audiences with clarity, structure, accuracy, and consistency.
• Track content engagement metrics (impressions, views, likes, comments, shares/reposts) and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing (preferably Computer Science, Information Security, or related).
• Introductory knowledge of security concepts, including cybersecurity and information security.
• Proven experience in content writing, editing, and information research; ability to produce clear and engaging materials.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with logical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking.
