hirify.global is seeking a Capital Financial Analyst to support capital investment execution and reporting across its finance organization.

What you will do

• Execute capital-related system transactions for forecasting, fund authorization requests, and expenditure tracking.
• Create and maintain WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for capital projects across hirify.global business units.
• Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards; provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and automation to streamline transactions and reporting.
• Design and optimize financial tools that connect system capabilities with business requirements.
• Partner with business units, procurement, and IT to ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or accounting.
• 6 months of experience in Capital or Fixed Assets Accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis (large datasets).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate, high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
