What you will do

• Create visually engaging social media assets and written content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish daily content, including reels, static posts, and galleries, to maintain consistency.
• Monitor and engage with the online community to foster organic growth and meaningful interactions.
• Conduct influencer outreach and manage partnerships through a designated influencer platform.
• Design and distribute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to nurture customer relationships.
• Audit Shopify email structures to ensure consistent branding across automatic shopping emails.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing brand accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to create compelling content for sensitive or health-related topics.
• Direct experience working with the Klaviyo email marketing platform.
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and social media analytics.
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence for sensitive communication.
• Ability to work independently and create clear daily deliverable workflows.
