What you will do

• Build, own, and operate full-stack features from design through deployment.
• Develop robust backend services and intuitive UIs for web and native applications.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver consistent, user-centric experiences.
• Improve engineering patterns, reliability, and performance across the entire stack.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to peers across frontend and backend disciplines.
• Advocate for engineering excellence, maintainability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience across both frontend and backend.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java/Kotlin, or TypeScript/Node.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases in production environments.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with C#/.NET or Angular.
• Background in logistics or transportation.
• Experience building large-scale, high-traffic systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring other engineers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps.
