What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the IT Support team and contract personnel.
  • Define and execute roadmaps for support services, end-user technologies, and future initiatives.
  • Develop and improve service management practices, including KPIs, SLAs, and automation workflows.
  • Manage enterprise applications and collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Jira.
  • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, and hardware refresh programs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Art, and Production teams to improve technology workflows and developer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based on-site in Santa Monica, California.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience supporting distributed Windows and Linux environments in a production or studio setting.
  • Strong expertise in service management platforms like Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to manage endpoint technologies, imaging, and software deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical concepts for both end-users and leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting game development or content creation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with workstation performance tuning and hardware evaluation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Perforce environments and external development partnerships.
