What you will do

• Maintain and develop relationships with leaders and professionals in the games industry.
• Build hirify.global’s brand through strategic networking.
• Develop expert knowledge of the games industry, its key influencers, and leading professionals.
• Work with recruitment consultants to build talent pools for critical areas.
• Provide market insight to recruitment consultants.

Requirements

• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
• Confidence communicating in person and by phone.
• Ability to perform consistently under pressure and use personal initiative.
• Motivation to work in a target-driven environment.
• Passion for or understanding of games and emerging technologies; recruitment or account management experience is useful for career development.
