What you will do

• Ensure uninterrupted business operations by managing production support activities in alignment with SLAs.
• Lead incident resolution efforts and engage with product SMEs for timely change deliveries.
• Contribute to observability analysis and drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and telemetry.
• Maintain and enhance support documentation and runbooks for critical applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Risk Intelligence applications.
• Mentor junior team members to build domain and process expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines.
• 5+ years of experience in production operations, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server in cloud environments.
• Strong experience with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS).
• Experience in investment banking or financial services is preferred.
