Salary: £76,000 – £119,400 gross per year.

What you will do

• Train and fine-tune diffusion and transformer-based models for people-centric video generation.
• Run experiments to optimize visual quality, lip-sync, and controllability.
• Define metrics and evaluation loops to guide model development decisions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and performance engineers to deploy models into production.
• Translate research ideas into accessible features for millions of creators.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, or within 4–5 hours of London time (GMT).
• Proven experience training diffusion or transformer models for video, vision, or audio.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Ability to design practical metrics and own ML problems from research to production.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience with torch.compile, torch.distributed, and Accelerate.
• Familiarity with large-scale data curation and filtering techniques.
• Experience with TensorRT or optimized inference runtimes.
