What you will do

• Analyze and resolve production issues, specifically for ongoing hiring events.
• Collaborate with client-facing and GTM teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Monitor production systems and respond to performance alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations impacting event functionality.
• Maintain and update event logic based on dependency changes.
• Lead, shepherd, and onboard other engineers on the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM
• 5+ years of experience with Java and Springboot.
• Proficiency in Python/Django and React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with build and deployment processes.
• Experience with at least one of: Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle ambiguity with clear communication.

Nice to have

• Product management experience working with GTM teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf.
