What you will do

• Gather and analyze technical requirements for enterprise solutions.
• Design integration requirements and data models for third-party platforms.
• Define architectural and development standards following Appian best practices.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, project release planning, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Perform code reviews and ensure overall quality of technical delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and conduct solution demonstrations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise-level web application development.
• 1-2 years of experience in web application design and team leadership.
• Proficiency in J2EE or .NET platforms and RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Working knowledge of network protocols and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• IT degree or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in BPM development.
