What you will do

• Run SEO audits, implement improvements, and coordinate across departments to optimize performance.
• Execute off-page SEO by building high-quality backlinks using industry tools and strategies.
• Own content research, strategy, and management; collaborate with writers to refine copy and improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research and implementation, optimize pages, and develop client content calendars.
• Publish recurring content on schedule according to quality standards.
• Analyze monthly reports to track ranking changes and opportunities; maintain Google My Business and manage analytics/tracking tools (GTM, Analytics, Looker Studio, call tracking, rank tracking).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience working within a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of SEO algorithms and ability to execute on-page and off-page SEO.
• Ability to analyze analytics and reports, track website metrics, and use data to make SEO strategy decisions.

Nice to have

• Google Analytics certifications.
• Experience with Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
