TL;DR
SEO Operations Specialist (Marketing): Executing and managing SEO implementations for a digital marketing agency with an accent on technical health, on-page optimization, and quality assurance. Focus on driving organic growth through meticulous execution of SEO campaigns, backlink tracking, and local SEO initiatives.
Location: Fully Remote (Global). Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST. Follows US Holidays.
Salary: $1,800 - $2,200 per month

What you will do
- Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.
- Manage technical SEO health, audits, and issue resolution.
- Oversee content publishing processes and pre-launch reviews.
- Coordinate local SEO and online presence management initiatives.
- Drive project execution, reporting, and timely delivery of all SEO campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on expertise in local, on-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and backlink management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work on schedule.
- Proactive communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work during 9 am to 5 pm EST.
