TL;DR
Onboarding Project Manager (ERP): Leading end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise clients using SAP and Oracle solutions with an accent on project planning, client communication, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing escalations, ensuring on-time delivery, and identifying onboarding improvements.
Location: Remote - South Korea; 10% travel expected

What you will do
- Lead client onboarding projects and drive on-time completion of plans, tasks, and deliverables.
- Define client and internal project roles, responsibilities, risks, mitigation plans, and escalations.
- Coordinate internal teams and manage client communications throughout onboarding.
- Prepare project status reports for clients and internal management.
- Support pre-sales onboarding activities and maintain project information in Salesforce and other systems.
- Identify onboarding innovations and improvement opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and reference readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ERP application implementation or upgrade project management experience.
- Significant consulting or project management experience with SAP, Oracle EBS Applications, or Oracle Database solutions.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English and strong Korean and English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrix management environments.
- Expertise with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification or equivalent.
- SAP or Oracle implementation and/or technical certifications.
- Technical consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
