Senior DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer: Managing the full lifecycle of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for a large-scale fiber network project with an accent on automation, containerization, and system reliability. Focus on designing scalable infrastructure, implementing IaC, and optimizing performance for a platform supporting 30 million customers.

Location: Must be based in Slovakia (Remote or Hybrid in Košice).

Salary: From €2,600/month (gross), negotiable based on experience.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Manage source code, configuration, release management, and deployment activities.
• Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and system tuning.
• Implement innovative technologies to support the company's innovation strategy.
• Provide consulting and prototypes for project teams regarding automation and infrastructure.
• Continuously optimize development and system infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• Master's degree in Information Technologies.
• 4+ years of experience with ICT systems.
• Expert knowledge of Linux, Bash, Python, and Docker.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab).
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible) and monitoring stacks (ELK/Prometheus/Grafana).
• English: B2 level required.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
