What you will do
- Execute kitchen and bathroom renewal projects in social housing environments.
- Maintain high standards of quality and respect for residents and communities.
- Collaborate with the PiLON team on planned maintenance and refurbishment tasks.
- Ensure all work meets industry safety and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Midlands area.
- Minimum 24 months of proven experience in kitchen and bathroom renewal projects.
- All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards.
- All operatives must hold valid Asbestos awareness certificates.
- DBS check required.
