What you will do

• Perform data analysis across payment, marketing, product performance, and customer behavior domains.
• Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Translate business requirements into analytical tasks to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Investigate data anomalies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to maintain reliable data pipelines.
• Support the integration of AI tools into analysis workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or Excel.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Exposure to payment systems or the fintech industry.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as ChatGPT, embeddings, or prompt design.
