What you will do

• Analyze and identify areas for improvement in BAU processes to drive convergence and efficiency.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement policies and procedures while mapping business processes.
• Facilitate improvement and problem-solving workshops with stream members.
• Utilize AI concepts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Work with metrics and data to deliver data-driven analysis and business cases.
• Collaborate with Global Enablement, Governance, and Operations leaders to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in business analysis and project coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end processes and analytical systems.
• Contract position for 1 year.
