What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for hirify.global in NEA aligned with business growth objectives.
• Formulate and optimize revenue strategy based on hirify.global product offerings in NEA.
• Lead partnership identification, partner negotiations, and commercial execution in NEA.
• Manage relationships with key clients in NEA to ensure positive customer experience.
• Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value, and experience across sales, marketing, product, and finance.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product innovation.

Requirements

• Location/Work authorization: Must have a current right to work in Hong Kong and not require hirify.global visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Crypto or Traditional Finance, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.
• Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data, and indices.
• Understanding of NEA crypto and finance regulatory environments.
