What you will do

• Own end-to-end measurement of acquisition channels including paid media, referral, and organic performance.
• Lead analytics for growth campaigns and incentive programs using incrementality measurement methodologies.
• Partner with growth teams to build cohort analyses, retention models, and lifecycle segmentation frameworks.
• Design and execute A/B tests to ensure statistical rigor in growth and product experiments.
• Build AI-powered analytics tools, including LLM query interfaces and automated insight pipelines.
• Translate complex data analyses into actionable narratives for growth leads and product managers.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or growth analytics, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency for analysis and automation.
• Proven experience building AI-powered analytics tools using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Hands-on knowledge of CEX/DEX dynamics, token economics, and crypto user behavior.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products.
• Understanding of React framework for Front End development.
• Experience working with teams across offices and timezones.
