What you will do

• Partner with client leadership and technical teams to identify and address critical business data needs.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable trends and patterns.
• Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Develop data engineering pipelines and ensure reproducibility of analytical solutions.
• Create compelling data visualizations and storytelling assets for stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to business development, R&D initiatives, and internal communities of practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field from a top university.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL with solid data modeling foundations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and communicate with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience in data ingestion, model building, and production deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with Databricks (Jobs, Pipelines, Genie).
• Experience with GenAI tools and platforms.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali, Tencent).
