QA Tester (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid; must reside in Istanbul, Turkey

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks with Rest Assured for API testing and Selenium WebDriver for web UI testing.
• Create automated regression, smoke, integration, and other test suites while maintaining traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Integrate LLM-assisted test generation and analysis into testing workflows, including test data generation, log analysis, defect clustering, flaky test analysis, and test optimization.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve execution time, stability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams on requirements, acceptance criteria, code reviews, and shift-left testing.
• Contribute to test strategy, quality metrics, risk reporting, mentoring, and technical guidance for junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on test automation experience.
• Strong experience with Rest Assured and/or Selenium WebDriver, plus programming skills in Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with test frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, or PyTest, build tools such as Maven or Gradle, CI/CD tools, and Git.
• Understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills and residence in Istanbul are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with BDD frameworks, API testing tools, Docker, Kubernetes, performance testing, or cloud platforms.
• Background in banking, finance, or telecom, or experience with test data management and service virtualization.
• Experience with AI/ML testing, model validation, or LLM-based testing workflows.
