Head of Culture and People (C&P) – Eurasia

📍 Almaty, Kazakhstan (Regional role across Eurasia)

STADA Eurasia is a regional organization operating across 12 countries with more than 500 employees and recognized as a Top Employer 2025 in Kazakhstan. The company is looking for a strategic people leader to shape and execute the Culture and People agenda across the Eurasia region.

Responsibilities
— Define and lead the Culture & People roadmap for Eurasia aligned with business strategy
— Coach and influence the Eurasia Leadership Team on culture and people topics
— Drive culture and engagement initiatives, translating values into leadership behaviors and ways of working
— Co-create and implement the regional People and Leadership agenda, supporting transformation and large-scale change programs
— Lead Learning & Development strategy and deploy programs for leaders and key talent
— Oversee talent management and succession planning for critical roles, fostering internal mobility and leadership pipelines
— Champion Employee Experience, DEI, and well-being initiatives
— Build a data-driven people culture using analytics, listening tools, and KPI dashboards
— Explore and leverage AI-enabled HR solutions across learning, talent, engagement, and analytics
— Build and lead a regional Culture & People community/team and strengthen leadership capabilities across countries

Requirements
— 15+ years of experience in strategic HR, People & Culture, OD, or Learning & Development within regional or multi-country environments
— Proven experience in culture transformation, engagement, leadership development, talent management, and change initiatives
— Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive-level influencing skills
— Experience working with people analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled HR solutions
— Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian; additional regional languages are an advantage
