About the Company:
iGaming startup building a VR casino platform (B2B solution for online casinos). The company operates a dual structure: Product (VR tech development) and Commercial (sales, marketing, partnerships).
We are looking for a COO to build and scale the operational system of the company, align teams, implement structure, and drive execution across product, commercial, and support functions. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with founders.

Key Responsibilities:
🟠Build and optimize end-to-end business operations
🟠Develop and implement company-wide processes and KPIs
🟠Align product and commercial departments
🟠Oversee CRM and sales structure development
🟠Build reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
🟠Manage cross-functional workflows and execution
🟠Support scaling of sales and partner operations
🟠Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions

Requirements:
🟠Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Casino / Affiliate industry
🟠Background in operations, project management, or leadership roles
🟠Strong process-building and analytical mindset
🟠Experience with KPI systems and business metrics
🟠High ownership, autonomy, and structured thinking
🟠Ability to work directly with founders
