What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding to ensure a positive experience.
  • Own end-to-end HR benefits administration and coordinate invoicing and payments with vendors.
  • Provide accurate monthly inputs to payroll teams and manage employee leave processes.
  • Maintain compliant employee documentation and execute transactions within Workday.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and supporting AI and automation initiatives.
  • Handle social security registrations and oversee work visa application renewals.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or Shared Services.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus labour laws and statutory requirements (knowledge of Greece and Israel laws is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with invoicing and procurement processes like Ariba or Relish.
