Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus
Salary: from 48 300 EUR gross per year

What you will do
- Develop and evolve end-to-end onboarding and adaptation strategies across various functions and locations.
- Own the preboarding, onboarding, and probation review processes to ensure a seamless employee journey.
- Manage onboarding content, portals, checklists, and digital tools to improve efficiency.
- Conduct Employee Journey Mapping to identify and implement improvements across the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, HRBPs, and Operations to standardize cross-functional onboarding.
- Partner with technical teams to define and implement HR process automation and digitalization solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, Onboarding, or HR Project Management.
- Proven track record of managing HR projects independently from initiation to implementation.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Experience working with international, multicultural teams and implementing digital HR tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
