What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, from initial discovery and system design to implementation and deployment.
• Make high-level architecture decisions, balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design systems with an infrastructural mindset to ensure reliability and performance in production.
• Utilize Claude Code and modern AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
• Continuous improvement of the engineering bar through pragmatic and clean implementations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven strength in system design thinking and reasoning about trade-offs and scale.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and modern AI-assisted development methodologies.
• Language and platform agnostic mindset, comfortable across backend, frontend, and cloud.
• Strong ownership mindset and a clear bias toward shipping.
• Strong, clear written and verbal communication in English.
