What you will do

• Automate daily People-related tasks and streamline operational workflows.
• Implement and oversee protocols for data privacy and company asset management.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to refine company policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and social events across MENA offices.
• Manage office and IT administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai.
• Recently completed a graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and HR tech tools.
• Previous experience in HR operations, legal compliance, or process automation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across diverse, international teams.
