What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of platform moderation rules and guidelines.
- Prospect and build a pipeline of partnerships within the local developer community.
- Engage with current and upcoming international developers to foster growth.
- Follow and improve existing team processes for community management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support community success.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing).
- Must be physically located in Vietnam.
- Deep understanding of the Roblox platform and its community.
- Good standing regarding Roblox moderation history.
- Strong team-first mentality and experience in cross-team collaboration.
- Knowledge of community processes and best practices.
