What you will do
- Develop and execute a clear product strategy for the lending division aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize market opportunities and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and data science teams.
- Shape the scalability of the lending platform to support business growth.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to inform data-driven product decisions.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the lending or fintech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer and small business lending, credit scoring, and risk assessment.
- Proven track record of launching successful fintech products.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven, KPI-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian and African fintech markets.
- Experience working on platform products.
