Senior Data Analyst (ESG): Enabling better insights and decision-making for sustainability platforms with an accent on data modeling, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in Romania (Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca)

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and data owners to define and implement global data requirements.
- Execute the Global Data Definition process and support developers in creating conceptual models.
- Define requirements for data quality, lineage, and governance to ensure transparency.
- Solve complex IT challenges by creating solution designs and mitigating project impediments.
- Coach and train colleagues on adopting new data models and standards.
- Work within interdisciplinary teams including Data Science, UX, and Data Engineering.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT process or tooling implementation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing, modeling, and profiling.
- Proven banking and product knowledge with experience in regulatory process changes.
- Ability to articulate complex problems in a clear and simple way.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Must be based in Romania (Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca).
Nice to have
- Master or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Previous consulting experience.
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
