What you will do

• Lead data migrations of reservations, guest profiles, and inventory from legacy systems into hirify.global.
• Extract, clean, map, and validate client data from CSV and Excel formats to ensure flawless uploads.
• Troubleshoot formatting discrepancies and system mismatches before clients go live.
• Coach clients on building, customizing, and automating operational and financial reports.
• Conduct post-migration audits to validate accuracy across financial histories and occupancy metrics.
• Consult with property managers on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Mews, or Protel.
• Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Latin America.

• Prior experience working with BI dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures.
