What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and technical integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Analyze campaign metrics to identify anomalies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to accelerate problem-solving and data analysis.
• Act as a domain expert by consolidating market insights and client feedback for the product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Solid understanding of website structures, including HTML and JavaScript debugging.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile app ecosystems and SDK integration.
• Experience in digital advertising or ad tech, including tracking pixels and Tag Management Systems.
• Experience designing or leveraging AI-powered tools for complex technical workflows.
