Technical Writer

Technical Writer (Manufacturing): Developing and quality-assuring technical documentation for lift trucks with an accent on terminology standards and information structuring. Focus on cross-functional collaboration to improve internal information flow and documentation quality.

What you will do

• Update and improve existing technical documentation to ensure high quality.
• Develop and refine internal processes for information management.
• Ensure correct and consistent terminology across all documents.
• Gather and structure technical information from various departments within the organization.
• Prioritize and drive assigned documentation projects forward.

Requirements

• Excellent level of English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ability to work in a structured, methodical way during high-workload periods.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Markaryd, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of XML and DITA.
