What you will do

• Develop product and customer-focused content like launch materials, guides, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership
• Translate positioning into structured content plans for launches and lifecycle communication
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to create persona-relevant content and repurpose it across channels
• Own customer storytelling, communicating outcomes, ROI, and value
• Ensure alignment across website, campaigns, PR, and events
• Monitor performance and refine content based on data and feedback
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, production, and scalability

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in English
• Experience in B2B content marketing within SaaS or tech
• Supported product marketing and go-to-market initiatives
• Strong at translating product capabilities into compelling content
• Experience producing thought leadership and commercial assets
• Understand sales-led mid-market or enterprise environments
• Data-driven approach to improving content
• Comfortable working cross-functionally
