What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Jenkins for digital commerce platforms.
• Build and maintain platform-specific Run Books, SOPs, and KEDB documentation.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure observability using the ELK stack.
• Coordinate environment management and deployment automation across platforms like OpenText DAM, Salsify PIM, and ServiceNow.
• Administer DevOps best practices within ServiceNow ITSM to integrate incident and release workflows.
• Support secure, compliant platform operations through automated monitoring and rollback strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency managing log pipelines and observability stacks, particularly ELK.
• Experience supporting ITSM processes and tooling, specifically ServiceNow.
• Ability to write and maintain operational documentation such as SOPs and runbooks.
• Comfortable with scripting for automation using Bash, Python, or Groovy.

Nice to have

• Experience managing enterprise CI/CD pipelines across multiple digital experience platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GDPR or SOC 2.
• Exposure to headless commerce architecture and microservices.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
