What you will do

• Write clean, maintainable code across the backend and infrastructure stack.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design through deployment.
• Independently design and implement solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to peers.
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers, hardware engineers, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proficiency in at least two of: Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Vue, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently design and ship features in production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with MES, factory automation, or industrial software.
• Familiarity with Kustomize or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, WebSockets, or real-time systems.
• Background in AWS services (S3, IoT Core, EKS).
