Salary: $200,000–$250,000 base + bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and execute project milestones while mitigating technical risks.
• Develop robust backend services using Python, GraphQL, and FastAPI.
• Build and maintain high-performance frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster continuous learning and code quality.
• Stay current with industry trends to ensure the technology stack remains competitive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and web application architecture.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.
• Strong background in managing backend services and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
