What you will do

• Prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players within the Alberta region to drive growth.
• Ideate, create, and execute regional player acquisition events, promotions, and tailored offers.
• Implement localized go-to-market strategies to enhance brand advocacy and market penetration.
• Manage a book of high-value accounts to foster long-term customer loyalty.
• Monitor the implementation of business plans to achieve planned revenue and profit targets.
• Ensure all activities comply with VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience working with high-value accounts.
• Proven experience managing high-value account portfolios with pre-existing customer relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must be based in Alberta, Canada to manage regional activities.
