What you will do

• Create realistic textures and skin variations for weapons and props for Oxide.
• Prepare and polish 3D models, ensuring clean UVs and efficient asset workflows.
• Optimize textures and materials for high performance on mobile devices.
• Collaborate with the art lead to ensure visual consistency across all assets.
• Iterate on feedback quickly within a fast-paced production environment.
• Coordinate with developers and technical artists for seamless game engine integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3D art.
• Strong expertise in realistic texturing (materials, roughness, dirt, and wear).
• Proficiency in Substance Painter, Photoshop, and 3D software (Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max).
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for mobile platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating weapon and prop texturing.
• English: B1+ level and Russian: C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Unity or other mobile game engines.
• Deep understanding of PBR workflows and mobile rendering constraints.
