Salary: $145,000–$160,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Execute key components of the cybersecurity GRC program and implement policies and control frameworks.
• Develop and maintain security policies aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
• Identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks and track risk treatment plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including evidence collection and remediation.
• Develop GRC metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Legal, and PMO teams to integrate compliance controls into operational processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity programs, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and risk management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP.
• Previous experience in a Data Center environment.
