What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term technical strategy for Unity across the game portfolio to improve velocity and scalability.
• Lead architectural initiatives, including migrating titles from custom engines and C++ codebases to Unity.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Unity developers, fostering technical leadership within the organization.
• Solve complex engineering challenges through hands-on implementation and prototyping.
• Collaborate with design, art, product, and QA disciplines to deliver high-quality player experiences.
• Establish and uphold rigorous coding standards via architecture and code reviews.

Requirements
