What you will do

• Maintain, expand, and document features for Unity-based games to ensure long-term stability and growth.
• Lead the technical migration of existing C++ and custom engine games into the Unity ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, artists, and producers to drive technical evolution and player experience.
• Break down high-level goals into detailed tasks, estimate timelines, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Uphold quality standards through rigorous architecture and code reviews, testing, and peer feedback.
• Improve live game stability by investigating issues, fixing bugs, profiling, and managing technical debt.

Requirements

• Extensive professional software development experience using Unity and C#.
• Strong architectural knowledge with the ability to quickly adapt to new, complex codebases.
• Proven expertise in mobile development and the creation of game development tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Openness to leveraging AI technology to enhance daily development workflows.
• Must be located in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
