What you will do
- Design and document features using GDD / feature documentation formats.
- Align feature development with the overall product vision and direction.
- Define game flows, rules, states, and system constraints.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Designers, developers, UI/UX, and QA.
- Review and accept features in builds to ensure quality and completeness.
- Break down large-scale meta systems into standalone features.
Requirements
- Experience as a Game Designer, Feature Owner, or Product Game Designer.
- Ability to write clear, well-structured GDDs.
- Strong understanding of game systems, flows, states, and dependencies.
- Experience owning a feature from concept to validation in build.
- Native Russian language proficiency.
- Must be located in Almaty, Yerevan, or Tbilisi.
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile F2P, multiplayer, or open-world projects.
- Understanding of economy, progression, and LiveOps systems.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and experience working with Unity.
